ORDERS CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos without any cuts. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.

DAMAGES

Under very rare circumstances, the bottles may leak and they may have spilled during transit. We’ll provide reshipping of damaged products only if you have submitted the unboxing video. Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
